Executive Director

The Executive Director will play a critical role in the state’s political landscape. One Arizona as a 501c3 is at the forefront of supporting coalition partners engaging our community in voter registration, voter engagement and mobilization amongst other civic participation work.

  • Location: Phoenix, Arizona
  • Terms of Employment: Full-Time. Reviewing applications now!
  • Compensation: $110,000 140,000.
  • Benefits: Professional development stipend; office stipend; monthly internet (while we’re remote) and cell phone reimbursement; 80% coverage of medical, dental, vision, this includes dependent/spouse healthcare; and matching 401k.

Field Coordinator

One Arizona is seeking 2-3 Field Coordinators to build and maintain relationships with partners to amplify their work in the community.

  • Location: Based in Tucson or Phoenix, Arizona other Arizona cities are workable, but the role will require traveling for work. Currently we have a remote office base with in-person working meetings and partner site visits are required.
  • Terms of Employment: Full-Time. Mid February start day preferred
  • Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000.
  • Benefits: Professional development stipend; office stipend; monthly internet (while we’re remote) and cell phone reimbursement; 80% coverage of medical, dental, vision, this includes dependent/spouse healthcare; and matching 401k.
